How to return a product to us

At Houston Scrubs, our goal is your satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, it may be EXCHANGED within 20 days of purchase. You can visit our location(s) to exchange your item(s) or send it by mail. Understandably, we cannot exchange items that are worn, altered, laundered, embroidered, screen printed or damaged by the purchaser. Items should be in original condition and packaging with all tags and labels as shipped. SHOE SALES ARE FINALE.. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable..Shipping the exchanged items is at the cost of the customer.. Before the exchange, all items are subject to inspection upon receipt. There are two ways to EXCHANGE an item: 1) Bring it to our store(s) with your receipt: 12371 Kings Ride Houston, TX 77024 2) Mail it with your receipt by using the return shipping information provided here. Ship via insured mail or carrier. Return shipping cost and original shipping and handling are not refundable unless item is manufacturer defective when shipped.
